  • Rare Factory R/H/D Detroit built Coupe been in a home garage since `65. Plan is convert from Rumble seat to trunk lid, Drive line upgrades while maintaining survivor appearance.

  • previous poorly repaired stress cracks and damage from back in the day will be replaced with new metal patch shaped in the Pullmax and wheeling machine.

  • Flexible shape pattern taken from repair area, this is used to check against replacement patch during shaping process
     
  • Patch panel after working through the Pullmax shrinking dies
     
  • Patch panel after wheeling out profile from shrinking dies and adding bead detail on wheel arch edge with tipping dies in wheeling machine
     
  • Patch panel TIG welded in

  • 354 Chrysler Hemi, XJ-6 Jaguar front suspension Assy., Laser cut plates formed into front chassis rails and raising kick-up 75mm to lower ride height

  • Making wider running boards from 1.6mm hot rolled steel to match widened front fenders
